The New Molecule is Track 4
of the Denatured CD.
This Amoeba song is notable for its cohesiveness in the main part. The piano theme, by Michael, maintains consistency, which is matched in the vocal by Jeff. Adam plays synth and Jeff also contributes guitar. I gave this song a very long comical title, but for short I called it The Isolation. Ultimately, I preferred to shorten the title to The New Molecule, as I think the improvisation embodies a kind of birth, and I also like to keep with the chemical theme, and I like the suggestion of microscopic scaling. -- Jeff
